At ADAMA, art, music and theater coalesce to create a unique mixture.

Welcome to the scene.
At the heart of Berlin Charlottenburg, the Teatr comes to life in the depths of the gallery’s basement. With a capacity of 21 visitors, this intimate theater offers a uniquely immersive experience, where the boundaries between performers and audience blur. The softly lit, rough-hewn space far from the city's grand playhouses exudes a DIY ethos that is quintessentially Berlin. As the lights dim and the show begins, the small crowd is enveloped in a sense of exclusivity, as if they're sharing a secret with the performers and the city itself. It's a truly underground experience, where art and experimentation reign supreme, and the cellar's crumbling walls seem to vibrate with creative energy.
At the Teatr the spoken word in all its forms, music, and movement converge in a dynamic mezcla of sound and sense. On any given night, the space might pulse with the rhythms of a live DJ set, as poets and performers weave words into a sonic tapestry that wraps around the audience. Or, a choreographer might take over, using the intimate confines to craft a deeply personal, physically charged exploration of the human experience. Whether it's a night of Jazz infused theater, a movement piece that blurs the lines between dance and poetry, or a simple, yet powerful, reading series, the space invites you to immerse yourself in the beauty and complexity of the human condition.

More on the concertCurated by the duo Cicuta Das Ombras, the piece weaves reading and electroacoustic landscape into a
perceptual dis-orientation device. No stage action, no visible bodies — only the echo of a voice and the sonic
debris of a residual world.
Wir laden Sie zu einem Gedenkabend mit Musik von Hannes Buder und einem Text von Berthold Brecht "Die jüdische Frau", gelesen von Elvira Glück, ein.
